4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct name, phone number, delivery address, and order information.

Customers agree not to place fake orders, misuse coupons, abuse sellers, or use the platform for illegal activities.

5. Seller, Reseller, Dealer, and Dropshipper Responsibilities

Sellers, resellers, dealers, and dropshippers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate product information
• Maintaining correct product prices and stock
• Delivering products as promised
• Handling product quality honestly
• Following ItnaMarket marketplace rules
• Avoiding fake, illegal, expired, unsafe, or prohibited products
• Respecting customers and other partners

ItnaMarket may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove products if they violate platform rules or legal requirements.

6. Product Information

We try to keep product details, images, prices, and availability accurate. However, mistakes may happen.

ItnaMarket does not guarantee that all product information is always complete, accurate, or error-free. Prices, offers, stock, and delivery availability may change without prior notice.

7. Orders and Payments

Orders placed through ItnaMarket are subject to confirmation, availability, seller approval, and delivery service availability.

Payment methods may include cash on delivery, mobile banking, bank transfer, online payment, or other supported methods.

ItnaMarket may cancel or hold any order if fraud, incorrect information, payment issue, stock issue, suspicious activity, or system error is detected.

8. Delivery

Delivery time depends on product availability, seller location, customer location, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other operational factors.

ItnaMarket will try to support smooth delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, wrong customer information, natural disasters, political issues, traffic, or events beyond our control.

9. Return, Refund, and Replacement

Return, refund, or replacement may be available depending on product type, seller policy, and ItnaMarket policy.

A customer may need to provide proof such as photos, videos, invoice, order ID, and product condition.

Used, damaged by customer, altered, opened, perishable, customized, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or wrong.

Final refund or replacement approval will depend on product inspection and platform policy.

10. Commission, Fees, and Payouts

ItnaMarket may charge commission, service fees, listing fees, subscription fees, delivery charges, payment processing fees, or other platform charges.

Seller, reseller, dealer, or dropshipper earnings and commissions will be calculated based on ItnaMarket rules, approved orders, successful delivery, completed payment, and applicable deductions.

Payouts may be delayed or held if there is a dispute, refund request, fraud concern, wrong bank/mobile banking information, or violation of platform rules.

11. Partner Network

The ItnaMarket partner network may allow users to earn through reselling, referral, dealer activity, dropshipping, or other approved business models.

Any partner income depends on actual sales, approved commissions, customer payments, and platform policy. ItnaMarket does not guarantee fixed income, profit, or success.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraud or illegal activity
• Upload false, stolen, misleading, or harmful content
• Sell fake, restricted, unsafe, expired, or illegal products
• Abuse customers, sellers, staff, or partners
• Attempt to hack, damage, copy, overload, or misuse the platform
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Manipulate reviews, orders, commissions, or referrals
• Use ItnaMarket branding without permission

13. Intellectual Property

The ItnaMarket name, logo, website design, content, software, graphics, images, and branding are owned by ItnaMarket or its authorized owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or use our brand materials without written permission.

14. User Content

Users may upload product images, descriptions, reviews, comments, or other content.

By uploading content, users confirm they have the right to use it and allow ItnaMarket to display, store, edit, promote, or remove that content as needed for platform operation.

ItnaMarket may remove any content that is false, offensive, illegal, abusive, or against our policies.

15. Privacy

ItnaMarket may collect and use user information such as name, phone number, email, address, order details, payment information, and device information to operate the platform.

We aim to protect user data, but no online system is fully risk-free. Users are responsible for keeping their own account information safe.
